Refund Policy

1. Digital Products and Services

Due to the nature of digital products and custom web development services, we generally do not offer refunds once the work has commenced or the product has been delivered.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• If a project is cancelled by the client before any work has started, a full refund (minus any transaction fees) will be issued.
• If True Mass Media fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe due to our own fault, a partial or full refund may be negotiated.

3. Domains and Hosting

Payments made for domain name registration and third-party hosting services are strictly non-refundable, as these are paid to third-party registrars immediately upon order.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
