1. SaaS Subscription Refunds
Agency Plans: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new agency subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our platform services within the first 7 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund.
After the 7-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the active subscription.
2. Reporter Joining Fees
Important: Reporter Joining Fees are paid directly to the respective News Agency owners. NewsCore SaaS acts only as a technical platform facilitating this transaction management.
- Refund requests regarding reporter joining fees must be directed to the specific News Agency you registered with.
- NewsCore SaaS is not liable for refunds related to reporter joining fees collected by agencies.
3. Cancellation Policy
Agencies can cancel their account at any time via the Agency Dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. All data associated with the account may be permanently deleted 30 days after cancellation.
